Strength Groundwork at JDI Barbell is focused on the fundamentals of the barbell movements. This course will teach proper execution of the squat, deadlift, and press (bench and overhead). Over the duration of the 8-week course we’ll push your capacity to lift more than ever before and kick start your journey to becoming a stronger you.
Each class includes guided warm-up, the programmed workout, which will include substantial hands-on technique work along with accessory strength work.
This class is ideal for those who are new to weight training or those just looking to improve their technique.
