JDI Barbell was founded to offer serious strength athletes in New York City a place to call home. Over the last four years, it has grown into so much more.
Although we are home to some very high-level weightlifters and powerlifters, we also work with and develop beginner better than any other barbell club or strength gym in New York City.
New JDI members are immediately connected with other members of varying skill levels. More importantly, our coaches provide high-level instruction on site. We believe that great systems of coaching form a foundation for the quickest, most effective progress.
