Our top-selling  option is our Automated Nutrition Coaching, which makes the accountability an precision of nutrition coaching more affordable; however; we also offer both General 1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching and Specialized 1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching for competition preparation or specific digestive issues.

Automated Nutrition Coaching Membership



Most online nutrition templates are overly generic, involve a ton of individual motivation, and offer zero accountability. At JDI, we've tried to find the best balance between templated programs and 1-on-1 coaching with our Automated Nutrition Coaching. You will receive a personalized plan once you sign up rather than a generic template. You will also have biweekly checkins, similar to 1-on-1 coaching where our system provides you with adjustments and feedback on your progress. It's the most accountability and precision you'll get anywhere without paying for a private coach.

1-on-1 Nutrition coaching is for athletes who want to take their nutrition more seriously. With this package, you will work 1-on-1 with our nutrition coach, Alex Hall, to better understand how to eat and what to eat in order to best achieve your goals. Then he will work with you to craft a plan catered to you. 




  • An over-the-phone or in-person assessment (client's preference)

  • A personalized nutrition plan within 72 hours of sign-up 

  • Weekly check-ins (Saturday check-in with assessments)​ and adjustments to your nutrition plan (if necessary)

  • Unlimited Q&A support from your coach with (24-hour turnaround time)

Specialty 1–on–1 Nutrition Coaching

Specialty Coaching is for athletes who want to take their nutrition coaching to the next level or those who need more specialized attention. Nothing is off-limits with this package. Our coach, Christian Palmer, specializes in weight cuts for powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting meets, optimizing digestive health for those who suffer from colitis, IBS, gastritis, bloating, acid reflux (GERD) and other digestive issues.

  • A customized fat loss specific cardio program (updates regularly) 

  • Upon signing - you will receive nutrition plans within 72 hours
