The sport of Powerlifting consists of three attempts at three lifts: the squat, bench press and deadlift. Our powerlifting group is for those who have over a year of experience in the practice of powerlifting itself and not just general strength training.


If you’ve been searching for a place to train for powerlifting and have been disappointed with equipment or atmosphere of every place you’ve visited, this is for you. Powerlifting is best done in a group of dedicated and supportive teammates and that’s what we offer here at JDI.

Monday, Wednesday, & Friday

6:45 PM – 8:00 PM



11:30 AM – 1:00 PM

All JDI members get access to our group training spreadsheets where they create their own “athlete tab” to track their progress and follow along as to what is next.
