Custom Programming provides a flexible option for athletes who are unable to fit our group classes into their schedule or prefer an approach tailored exclusively to them.
Custom Programming is perfect for athletes with an inconsistent schedule, and/or anyone wishing to supplement strength training into their current regiment.
As this program is specially designed to your needs, you decide on the number of training days per week, duration of sessions and your overall focus. In addition, each month you’ll meet with one of our coaches for a one-on-one session to go over your progress and technique. You can check out our open gym hours in our schedule here.
