Online Coaching

We specialize in high-quality remote coaching for weightlifting and powerlifting athletes. But what distinguishes us from other strength gyms is that our coaches have a diversity of backgrounds. Aside from powerlifting and weightlifting, we offer general strength and sport-specific programming for football, basketball, mixed martial arts, and more. 

Online Coaching

If you can't train at JDI or you're stuck at a home- or commercial-gym with no direction, you need a solid training plan. This is where our Online Coaching comes in. You can get 1-on-1coaching from one of our expert coaches, or you can have unlimited access to our Team Programming. Our Head Coach and founder of JDI Barbell, Jesse Irizarry, oversees all of the Team programming and applies his knowlege to each of our templates. These are top-notch programs with guaranteed results.

Online Powerlifting Team Program Template

The man responsible for creating these programs is our Head Coach and founder of JDI Barbell, Jesse Irizarry, has worked and studied under the world famous powerlifter and strength coach Bill Gillespie. spent over a decade applying and researching the best methods to make you as strong as possible in the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. These are the same programs that lifters on our team programming use right here at JDI Barbell. Over the course of a year, the program will take you through blocks dedicated to hypertrophy, strength, and peaking. At the end of your peaking phases, you will test out new 1RMs and crush your old records.
