STRONG & FIT
JDI Strong and Fit Conditioning classes are our only daily drop-in classes. They stay true to our emphasis on the quality coaching of free-weight movements but these classes will not just be focused on improving strength. They will also provide comprehensive general fitness. This includes intense circuit style training that places compound free-weight movements alongside conditioning movements to challenge your endurance and increases your work capacity. It's the perfect class to get you fit and ready for the summer.
