Exclusive memberships for data driven trainees looking to optimize their performance inside and outside the gym. We work in collaboration with NYC Performance Lab to give you in-depth data on body composition and performance measurements to track and aid in your personal fitness plan.

Injury Prevention & Longevity

For our members with a focus on longevity, health and sustainability, we have put together a package that caters to you. Your journey begins with a comprehensive assessment that includes a complimentary movement assessment and in-depth explanation of the program. After your purchase, we’ll schedule your DEXA Body Comp and Bone Density Scan at our partner facility NYC Performance Lab. Once your results are in, you’ll be connected with your DPT, who will go over your results, assess your mobility, imbalances, and movement constraints. Last, you’ll meet with your strength coach to assess your strength and movement proficiency. With all of this information, your coach will work with your DPT to construct a program catered to your goals and needs. You’ll also have 4-sessions each month to use for either PT or strength training depending on your needs. This is a comprehensive immersion into proper movement mechanics, strength training and optimal health.

For our members with a focus on aesthetics, we have put together a package that caters to you. Your journey begins with a comprehensive assessment that includes a complimentary movement assessment and in-depth explanation of the program. After your purchase, we’ll schedule your Dexa Body Comp Scan & RMR testing at our partner facility NYC Performance Lab. Once your results are in, your strength coach will meet with you, review your results, assess your strength and mobility and use your data to construct an optimal program for your goals and needs. As a last, but crucial step, you’ll be connected with your nutrition coach, who will help you learn and plan a proper nutrition protocol to achieve your desired weight and body comp.

For independent trainees who want to track their own metrics with a less hands on approach. You will still work with one of our strength coaches remotely and receive monthly programming updates, unlimited texts and video sharing capabilities and bi-annual DEXA scans at NYC Performance Lab.

    • Add-on dynamic custom meal plan from nutritionist for $50/week
